WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER DELIVERY

Q: What forms of ID do you accept?

A: We accept all government-issued forms of photo ID, which include a CA Driver’s License/ID, any state IDs, US passports, and most foreign IDs and passports. Your form of ID must be verifiable by our age verification scanners. If you have an expired ID or passport, we can only accept it if you provide the official temporary form.

Q: When should I expect my delivery?

A: We provide a two-hour window for deliveries. During busy hours, this time frame may not apply. You will receive text message updates for your delivery and the driver’s

Q: Is there a cut-off time for delivery?

A: Yes, the time to place a delivery order is before 9:30 p.m.! During busy hours it may be earlier due to limited space in our delivery queue.

Q: Do you accept medical recommendations and state cannabis cards?

A: Yes, we accept recreational and medical customers. Please upload your documentation to your account online

Q: Do you offer First Time Customer deals?

First time patients receive goodie bag and eighth, we also have a loyalty card system, once you reach 10 orders you will receive 8th with a purchase

A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Do I need to follow any rules  when I order delivery service?

A: In accordance with state and local laws, the daily purchase limit amount is 1oz of cannabis and 8 grams of concentrates per person for recreational users. A qualified medical patient (or their primary caregiver) may possess no more than eight ounces of dried cannabis, six mature or 12 immature cannabis plants, or whatever amount of cannabis is consistent with the patient’s needs, according to the patient’s physician’s recommendation.
